If you are currently registered with the CF Services Pharmacy, you DO NOT need to register again.

To provide us with changes to your account profile contact our
Customer Support Department at (800) 541-4959 or e-mail us comments@cfserv.com. To obtain your account number you will need to call our Customer Support Department.We can not send your account number via e-mail do to HIPAA regulations.

You are about to register with the CF Services Pharmacy.

The online registration process takes approximately 10-15 minutes.

The information you will be providing is confidential and will be transmitted through a secure Web site.

Once your registration has been received, CF Services will verify if it is a participating provider with your plan and verify your eligibility with your plan. Registration verification takes up to three business days.

Once your registration has been completed, a Customer Support Representative will contact you to let you know that you have been registered and how to get your prescriptions to the CF Services Pharmacy. You will then receive a Welcome Packet in the mail explaining how CF Services works.
