THE INFORMATION CFS COLLECTS
Anonymous Browsing Information
Users can browse the Site without revealing Information. In this context, CFS may collect non-personally identifiable information such as your Internet Protocol ("IP") address, your computer's operating system, the domain name you used to access the Internet, the website you came from and the website you visit next. However, CFS does not associate any non-personally identifiable information with records containing any personally identifiable information submitted to us, so you remain anonymous when you browse the Site.
Personally Identifiable Information

Children's Privacy Protection
The Site is not directed towards children under the age of 13. CFS does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from any person under the age of 13 through the Site.
HOW CFS USES YOUR INFORMATION
Anonymous browsing information, including your IP address, may be used to gather broad demographic information. This information may be aggregated to measure the number of visits, average time spent, page views and other statistics about Users of the Site. We may also use this data to monitor Site performance and to make the Site easier and more convenient to use.
CFS uses Information collected from Users:
to respond to User inquiries;
to mail Users CFS' HomeLine newsletter and information about new products and services offered by CFS and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation; and
to comply with standard professional pharmacy administrative practice and procedure.
By submitting Information through the Site, Users authorize CFS to use this Information for the purposes identified above.

WHO CFS SHARES YOUR INFORMATION WITH
Unless CFS has your consent or except as provided below, CFS will not share your Information with any person or entity other than those identified below. CFS may share non-personal, non-individual information in aggregate form with third parties.
CFS will not intentionally release your Information other than to:
an authorized representative of a User;
the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and other CFS affiliates; and
third party vendors that perform administrative services on behalf of CFS, such as mailing CFS statements, the HomeLine newsletter or other materials, scanning documents, and managing the Site.
CFS may disclose Information about our Users to others if we have a good faith belief that we are required or permitted to do so by law or legal process, to respond to claims, or to protect the rights, property or safety of CFS or others.

HOW TO UPDATE YOUR INFORMATION OR INACTIVATE YOUR ACCOUNT
Users who have provided Information to CFS through the Site may review their Information to update it or correct any errors by submitting a request firstname.lastname@example.org. Users may also inactivate their account, terminate their access to CFS' pharmacy services and/or cancel e-mail notifications by submitting a request email@example.com.
Please note that when you provide CFS with your Information, CFS becomes subject to various pharmacy laws that require us to keep your Information in our records for a prescribed period of time. Therefore, even if you inactivate your account, CFS can only delete your Information from its records pursuant to those pharmacy laws.
LINKED INTERNET WEBSITES
The Site provides hyperlinks, which are highlighted words or pictures within a hypertext document that, when clicked, take you to another place within the document, to another document altogether, or to other websites not controlled by CFS. These hyperlinked websites may contain privacy provisions that are different from those provided herein. CFS is not responsible for the collection, use or disclosure of information collected through these websites, and CFS expressly disclaims any and all liability related to such collection, use or disclosure.
OPT OUT POLICY
If you do not want CFS to use or disclose your Information to third parties, you may opt-out by submitting a request to us firstname.lastname@example.org. If you opt-out, you may not receive the information you requested from CFS.
